Custom Work Return

At Kaibre Artistry and Design, every custom piece is created with love, care, and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of custom orders, we have a unique return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling, or product sent).

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, materials may have already been purchased and work may have begun, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

    We will work with you to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please review all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, colors, etc.) carefully before submitting your order. Kaibre Artistry and Design cannot be held responsible for errors provided in the original order form.

Processing

At Kaibre Artistry, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Since many of our items are custom-crafted, please allow the following timeframes for processing and creation:

  • Standard (non-custom) items: 3–5 business days. Custom/personalized items: 7–14 business days, depending on design complexity and current order volume

    Large or bulk orders: Processing times may vary; you will be contacted directly with an estimated timeframe.

  • Turnaround time refers to the period from when your order is placed to when it is ready to ship. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

    Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days (varies by carrier). Rush processing may be available for an additional fee — please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your item sooner.

  • Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate promptly if there are any changes to your order’s estimated completion.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).

    For custom orders, proofs or mock-ups (if included) must be approved before production begins. Delays in approval may affect turnaround time.
