01 Who/What is Kaibre Artistry and Design?
Kaibre Artistry & Design is a creative studio specializing in handcrafted retail, custom, and wholesale items designed to inspire joy, connection, and self-expression.
02 Where are you located?
All of our items are handcrafted with love in the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area.
03 Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing and bulk discounts. Please visit our Bulk Ordering page for more details.
04 Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Custom creations are at the heart of what we do.
05 How do I place a custom order?
You can order directly from our website. On the product page, use the comment box to share your design details, and you can even upload a photo of your design idea.
06 What is the process for custom orders?
- Place your order through our website.
- Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a digital proof of your design to confirm.
- Once you approve, production begins (please note: changes/cancellations are not possible after this point).
- Processing takes 3–7 business days after approval.
07 How long does it take to process an order?
- Standard retail items with personalization: 3–5 business days
- Custom items: 7–14 business days (Shipping is additional: typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.)
08 Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush processing is available for an additional fee, depending on the item and timeline needed. Please contact us prior to ordering.
09 What is your return policy?
- Custom orders: Final sale and non-refundable (unless there’s an error on our part).
- Retail items: Some may be eligible for return — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
10 What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or solution.
11 Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
12 What kind of events do you service?
We offer DIY Craft Bars for kids’ parties, baby showers, graduations, weddings, and even corporate events! Guests create personalized keepsakes like tumblers, hats, or onesies for a fun and memorable activity. Learn more on our Services page.
13 What type of designs do you offer?
Our collections range from Christian verses and inspirational sayings to Afrocentric art, women empowerment, sports themes, and more. We also design fully custom requests to match your vision.
14 Do you create small batch orders for weddings?
